Section 12 — Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us.
Section 13 — Prices & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available.
Section 14 — Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will continue until you cancel. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription settings, or contact us at support@viturea.com. Cancellations received after a billing date apply to the following subscription period.
Section 15 — Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange shipment of your order to the address provided at checkout. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for all applicable shipping fees.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to submit a request. To request a refund, contact us at support@viturea.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
Section 17 — Electronic Communications
By creating an account or making a purchase, you consent to receive electronic communications from Viturea, including transactional emails and marketing messages. If you opt into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting support@viturea.com.

Our site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viturea disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Section 19 — Limitation of Liability
Viturea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Viturea in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. Section 21 — Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising from your use of this site, your purchase of our products, or these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive your right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 60 days of your purchase by sending a written notice to: stating your name, the product purchased, and your intent to opt out.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Section 23 — General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Viturea.
